Zhiweiguan Rose & Tremella Lotus Root Starch (玫瑰银耳藕粉) pairs lotus root starch with tremella, also called snow fungus, and edible rose petals. Prepare a sachet as a warm, smooth Chinese sweet soup with a floral touch for breakfast or an afternoon pause.

Ingredients & allergens
Lotus root starch, white sugar, maltodextrin, tremella (at least 2%), edible rose petals (Rosa rugosa, at least 0.5%) and sodium carbonate.

Preparation & storage
Empty one sachet into a bowl and mix with a little cool boiled water until smooth. Quickly pour in about 200ml of freshly boiled water at 95°C or above, stirring until translucent.
