Preparation & storage
Mix 20g with a small amount of cool boiled water until smooth. Quickly add freshly boiled water at 95°C or above, using approximately 8 parts water to 1 part starch, and stir until translucent.
Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal after opening and use promptly. Shelf life is measured from production, not delivery; check the package date.
