Zhiweiguan Lotus Root Starch with Red Date & Lotus Seed (红枣莲子藕粉) combines lotus root starch with red dates and lotus seeds. Mix with freshly boiled water to make a smooth, translucent Chinese sweet soup for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

Ingredients & allergens
Lotus root starch, white sugar, maltodextrin, red dates (at least 1%) and lotus seeds (at least 0.5%).

Preparation & storage
Add the powder to a bowl, then pour in freshly boiled water at around 95°C in one go, using approximately 8 parts water to 1 part powder. Stir until translucent. Avoid using lukewarm water from a dispenser.
Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal after opening and use promptly. Shelf life is measured from production, not delivery; check the package date.
