Zhiweiguan Nut Blend Lotus Root Starch (坚果藕粉) combines lotus root starch with nuts, raisins, dried cranberries and osmanthus. Freshly boiled water turns the mix into a translucent Chinese sweet soup with pieces of fruit and nuts for added texture.

Ingredients & allergens
Lotus root starch, icing sugar, raisins, dried cranberries (cranberries, white sugar and sunflower oil), cashews, almonds, goji berries, dried purple sweet potato and osmanthus.
Contains cashews and almonds (tree nuts). The label also identifies nut and fruit ingredients. Children should eat under adult supervision because the mix contains nuts.
Preparation & storage
Mix 30g with 10ml of cool boiled water. Add 150ml of freshly boiled water at 95°C or above and stir thoroughly.
Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal after opening and use promptly. Shelf life is measured from production, not delivery; check the package date.
