Zhiweiguan Longjing Pastries (龙井酥) combine a pastry shell with Longjing green tea powder and a bean-based filling. Choose Green Tea for four matching pastries, or Jiangnan Mix for two Red Bean and two Salted Egg Yolk Custard pastries. An inviting Chinese tea snack for sharing or a small gift.

Jiangnan Mix: two red bean pastries and two salted egg yolk custard pastries, 30g each. Ingredients include red bean paste or mung bean paste, wheat flour, shortening and Longjing green tea powder. The custard version also includes salted duck egg yolk, milk powder and soybean oil; the red bean version includes butter.
Allergens: contains wheat (gluten), milk, egg and soy. Made on a production line that also handles peanuts and tree nuts.
