Zhiweiguan Longjing Pastry – Salted Egg Yolk Custard Filling (龙井酥·金沙奶黄馅) pairs a Longjing green tea pastry shell with a mung bean-based filling containing salted duck egg yolk, milk powder and soybean powder. Its sweet-savory filling makes a satisfying Chinese tea snack or small gift.

Ingredients & allergens
Mung bean paste (white sugar, peeled mung beans, white kidney beans, water, vegetable oil, trehalose, salt, beta-carotene, potassium sorbate and food flavoring), wheat flour, shortening, water, salted duck egg yolk, sugar, soybean powder, milk powder, Longjing green tea powder, salt and maltitol syrup.
Contains wheat (gluten), egg, milk and soy. Made on a production line that also handles peanuts and tree nuts.
Storage & serving
Ready to eat. Store unopened in a cool, dry place. After opening the packet, refrigerate and eat as soon as possible. Shelf life runs from production, not delivery; check the date on the outer box. Do not eat the oxygen absorber.
